What has been apparent to many for quite some time has been addressed in an article by the economictimes. There are similar article that have raised similar concerns but this one condenses it to simple heart-of-the-matter terms.

I can already hear the crescendo of wailing and leveling of the racist™ canard by such organizations as the MCB. The MCB and other Islamic organizations, which enjoy the Western protection of liberty denied to minority religious groups wherever a Moslem majority predominates, love to promulgate the spurious notion that criticism of moslems is tantamount to "hate speech."

There’s nothing hateful about identifying those groups that have a stated goal or a history of vilifying the West and seeking to kill and maim Westerners. We just need to be honest in acknowledging and confronting our sworn enemies, even if to do so goes against the ethos of whichever political ideology we subscribe to. Sometimes the right and left dichotomy must be eschewed in favor of agreeing upon the simple difference between right and wrong. LONDON: Britain has emerged as the focal point of Islamist terror in Europe, according to Europol, the European police force. A report on terrorism by Europol has claimed that the UK reported a 30 per cent increase in arrest of terror suspects last year.

Out of 203 persons arrested in 2007 in the UK, a majority were related to Islamist terrorism. In contrast, 201 were detained in the rest of Europe. French police made 91 arrests. The number of suspects under investigation in Britain has risen from 500 in 2004 to 2,000 last year. What is worrying is that the number of arrests involved young, radicalised British muslims, sparking fears that the threat of an attack is growing.

The terrorist plots also linked to groups in Pakistan. The report comes following disclosure last week that 15 plots to attack British targets have been foiled in three years since the London bombings in which 56 people died and over 700 were injured. At the time of their arrest, all Islamist terrorism suspects were between 17 and 72 years of age. The average age was 35 years, with two-thirds of the arrested being between 23 and 43 years of age.

Over the last five years, much of the command, control and inspiration for planning attacks came from Al Qaeda's remaining core leadership in the tribal areas of Pakistan, the report said.

The Muslim world has created a battle plan to defend its religion from political cartoonists and bigots.

Concerned about what they see as a rise in the defamation of Islam, leaders of the world's Muslim nations are considering taking legal action against those that slight their religion or its sacred symbols. It was a key issue during a two-day summit that ended Friday in this western Africa capital.

The Muslim leaders are attempting to demand redress from nations like Denmark, which allowed the publication of cartoons portraying the Prophet Muhammad in 2006 and again last month, to the fury of the Muslim world.

Though the legal measures being considered have not been spelled out, the idea pits many Muslims against principles of freedom of speech enshrined in the constitutions of numerous Western governments.

"I don't think freedom of expression should mean freedom from blasphemy," said Senegal's President Abdoulaye Wade, the chairman of the 57-member organization of the Islamic Conference. "There can be no freedom without limits."

Delegates were given a voluminous report by the OIC that recorded anti-Islamic speech and actions from around the world. The report concludes that Islam is under attack and that a defense must be mounted. "Muslims are being targeted by a campaign of defamation, denigration, stereotyping, intolerance and discrimination," charged Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, the secretary general of the group.

RIYADH, March 15 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia's most revered cleric said in a rare fatwa this week that two writers should be tried for apostasy and put to death if they do not repent.

Sheikh Abdul-Rahman al-Barrak was responding to recent articles in al-Riyadh newspaper that questioned the mainstream Sunni Muslim view that adherents of other faiths should be considered unbelievers."Anyone who claims this has refuted Islam and should be tried in order to take it back. If not, he should be killed as an apostate from the religion of Islam," said the fatwa, or religious opinion, dated March 14 and published on Barrak's Web site (albarrak.islamlight.net)."It is disgraceful that articles containing this kind of apostasy should be published in some papers of Saudi Arabia, the land of the two holy shrines," he said, referring to Muslim holy places in Mecca and Medina."The rulers should hold these papers to account ... and all those who took part in the publication should know they were involved in the sin of heretical articles." Barrak, who is thought to be around 75, is the leading authority of Saudi Arabia's hardline version of Sunni Islam, often termed Wahhabism. He said the articles suggested Muslims were free to follow other religions. Rights groups have accused Wahhabism of a xenophobic attitude which demonises other religions.

Declaring that one is explicitly free to make personal decisions about the religious faith they embrace is a hallmark of Western liberal democracy. It’s also a hallmark of an ethical and moral society that does not compel that all must Kowtow to any specific religion. In the free world, we often call forced religion eccentric, hateful and even totalitarian.

Geert Wilders, the Dutch politician who is making a 10-minute movie about Islam entitled Fitna (Arabic for “ordeal”), has felt compelled to cancel the March 28 press conference where he intended to show his film. The Nieuwspoort press center in The Hague, which is run by a board of journalists, publishers and government press officers, demanded that Wilders pay 400,000 euros for extra safety measures. “Apparently, you have to be a millionaire to organize such an event,” Mr Wilders said. “Even if I had the money I am not going to spend it on a press conference.”

No Dutch broadcaster, public or private, has been willing to show the film. There are indications that Fitna will also be banned on Youtube, which removed a clip featuring Mr Wilders two week ago, on so-called “ethical grounds”.

Dutch international companies, fearing a boycott of their products by Muslims, have announced that they intend to hold Mr Wilders responsible for a loss of profits and markets in the event of a boycott. They have asked Gerard Spong, one of the top lawyers in the Netherlands, to see whether a court case claiming damages from Wilders will be possible. Mr Spong and several other lawyers have already lodged some fifty formal complaints against the politician for “incitement to racial hatred and discrimination of Muslims” because Mr Wilders expressed the opinion that the Koran is “a fascist book which should be banned in the Netherlands.”

How many times do we need to behold this madness before infidels wake up and realize that Islam is a dark and hateful force that is completely inimical to freedom, hope, and justice?

Five terrorists, including the Islamic Jihad leadership in Bethlehem, were killed in two clashes with the IDF in the West Bank on Wednesday.

In the morning, IDF soldiers surrounded a house in Seida, near Tulkarm, and in ensuing gun battles killed Saleh Karkur, 27, an Islamic Jihad gunman. The IDF demolished half of the house. Islamic Jihad released a statement in Gaza saying Karkur was one of the group's top West Bank commanders and threatened to avenge his death.

In the evening, a team from the Israel Police's elite Yamam counterterror unit raided Bethlehem and killed four Islamic Jihad gunmen. The Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) said the four had constituted the leadership of the terrorist group's armed wing in the city. When the men's bodies were inspected, they were found to be carrying rifles and pistols.

Among the dead was Mahmoud Shehada, 45, the commander of Islamic Jihad in Bethlehem. He had been on Israel's wanted list for eight years, since the eruption of the second intifada, for involvement in a number of deadly terror attacks. Another of the dead was Ahmad Balbul, 48, reported to have been a member of both Fatah's Aksa Martyrs Brigades and the Bethlehem City Council.

I’ve never understood why the Left has been so vocal in defense of “Palestinian” Arab terrorists when their every action has been the polar opposite of Social Democracy. Perhaps the left just enjoys the virulent anti-Americanism/Westernism or the terrorists use of the magic-pill word 'Zionists!'

Terrorists and criminals such as the various islamist terrorist organizations have been idolized due to their opposition to America and Western values in general yet the western apologists for Islamic terrorist philosophy never connects the dots towards those who truly suffer because of these hate groups’ actions. Armchair hero-worshippers of “Pal” terrorists can do so very easily in the West. Hell, we even shower kafir welfare dollars upon these murderous savages. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I'm sure you're going to find this as shocking as I did. Good heavens, but I can get so cynical about Islam (or racist, as some like to call it).

I guess this might be a great chance for Moslems to finally clear matters up about the causes for those few isolated incidents™ of beheadings, bus-bombings, child-murder, intense offensive jihad in twenty or more nations worldwide, honor killings, teenager hangings, antisemitism, genocide, civilian hostage taking, hatefests in the mosques, avowed enmity toward the West, institutionalized misogyny, commitment to Israel's destruction... well, you get the picture.

Could those attributes and worldviews mentioned above have any connection to the indoctrination of hate and fear that are so prevalent in the moslem world?

Washington (CNSNews.com) - When third grade school children in Iran turn to page 113 of their textbook "Let's Read," they find a passage that says, "At that time, the Israeli officer pounded (three-year-old) Muhammad's head with the rifle's stock and his warm blood sprinkled upon his (six-year-old brother) Khaled's hands."

The Iranian textbook was published in 2004, before the controversial Mahmoud Ahmadinejad became president of Iran in 2005. In another third-grade text, "Gifts of Heavan," an illustration of a monster wearing the Star of David is seen going through a tidy Muslim town leaving garbage everywhere.

While those examples could seem shocking to some, it gets worse, said Arnon Groiss, director of research at the Center for Monitoring the Impact of Peace, who recently completed a study of 115 Iranian school textbooks. (Most of the books reviewed in the study had been published in 2004.)

"Indoctrination is less felt in the lower grades and increases in the higher grades," Groiss said, speaking at a forum Monday on the topic at the conservative Hudson Institute in Washington, D.C.

The books are part of an overall indoctrination effort aimed at school children. This effort includes rewritten Iranian history and the inclusion of Jihadist political views in science and geography texts, he said.

The seventh grade text "Islamic Culture and Religious Instruction," which refers to the West and Israel as the "Arrogant Ones," tells students that war is unavoidable and victory is guaranteed "in order to continue with all our power our revolution against the Arrogant Ones and the oppressors."

An eighth grade text says the "army of Islam would make the Arrogant Ones fall in holy Jihad and heavy attack."

"This is a form of child abuse rejected by all civilized countries," said Groiss, who for 30 years was an Arab-language journalist and is currently deputy director at Israel Broadcasting Authorities Arabic Radio. "This pictures a regime bent on global war to the point of self-destruction."

On page 20 of the high school textbook "Humanities," the United States is described as an "imperialist country" that "does not refrain from massacring people, from burying alive soldiers of the opposite side and from using mass-destruction weapons. It makes use of atomic bombs. ... It creates the greatest dictatorships and the violent and torturous security-oriented regimes, and defends them."

In the Islamic version of reality, Allah's grand and glorious plan for his servile minions is perpetually under threat from Freemasons, Crusaders, Infidels, the CIA and of course, the Jews™. Oh, excuse me—that's the sinister Jews™.

A Shariah High Court judge in eastern Terengganu state ruled Monday that Kamariah Ali is still a Muslim despite her declaration to the contrary.

"The court is not convinced that the accused has repented and is willing to abandon any teachings contrary to Islam", news reports quoted Judge Muhammad Abdullah as saying. "I pray God will open the doors of your heart,
Kamariah."

Dozens of children are missing from school amid fears they have been forced into arranged marriages, it was revealed yesterday.

In Bradford, 33 children remain "unaccounted for" after being off school for at least two months with no explanation.

The Government is also concerned about another 14 areas of the country where it is feared children under 16 could also be missing from school rolls.

He revealed the results of worrying inquiries by officials in Bradford, a city with a substantial Asian population. Mr Brennan said Bradford City Council lost track of 205 youngsters last year. Further inquiries had established the whereabouts of 172 - leaving 33 unaccounted for.

"It is a serious concern when any child - any single child - becomes unaccounted for," said Mr Brennan.

"And what we need to try to do is seek an explanation of what has happened."

Asked whether the police were looking for them, he added: "They should be."

Committee chairman Keith Vaz, a former Labour minister, said MPs were "very, very concerned".

"The figures you have given us quite frankly have shocked members of this committee just in relation to Bradford," he said.

He added: "There are 14 other areas where there are missing children. This is totally unsatisfactory."

The MPs demanded a report with more details about the "missing" children be ready by next Tuesday.

The national Forced Marriage Unit was set up three years ago to tackle the problem regarded as "an abuse of human rights and a form of domestic violence".

TEHRAN — Iran’s government might block private access to the Internet on its election day, March 14, two Iranian news outlets reported Monday.But the two accounts appeared to differ on the rationale. “Shutting down the Internet service will depend on security plans and on the Ministry of Telecommunication,” said Mostafa Pourmohammadi, the interior minister, according to the daily newspaper Etemad Melli.At the same time, a senior election official, Mohammad Javad Mahmoudi, said a shutdown would help ensure that the government had unimpeded Internet service for the election, even though the government’s Internet lines had been upgraded, according to the news agency ISNA.

Iran has placed many restrictions on the Internet, but it has never shut down the Internet on such a scale. Several million Iranians follow political news on the Internet, and political parties have their own active Web sites. The government uses sophisticated filtering equipment to block hundreds of Web sites and blogs that it considers religiously or politically inappropriate.

A hopeful admonition: The powerful, healing curative of freedom will destroy the social cancer of sharia in the Iranian fear society if given the opportunity to be administered properly. With some Western special forces/JDAM assistance, combined with the unafraid Persian written word, chances of a full recovery are high.

Two of the only things in this world I have faith in are the irresistible allure of freedom and man's overwhelming compulsion to do good. I've never doubted that Western civilization will defeat Islamic barbarism, as well as any other anti-human ideology. It's just a matter of how long we're going to sit on our hands watching everyone suffering and dying over the madness. Maybe the freedom and potential for good between a heart, a mind, a keyboard, and a connection to the world will shorten that time.

"I think we're lied to about a lot of things," she said during a television programme first broadcast last year which has resurfaced on the Internet.

The actress, who picked up the award for playing Edith Piaf in the French film "La Vie En Rose," cited the attacks on New York and Washington in 2001 as one example, adding: "I tend to believe in the conspiracy theory." Cotillard could not be reached Sunday but her lawyer, Vincent Toledano, told AFP she had "never intended to contest nor question the attacks of September 11, 2001, and regrets the way old remarks have been taken out of context."

In the video, the 32-year-old Parisian talks about watching films on the internet challenging the official version of the September 11 attacks, saying "its fascinating, even addictive." She continues: "Did man really walk on the moon? Me, I've seen a fair few documentaries on the subject. That, really, I question. In any case I don't believe everything people tell me, that's for sure."

I recognize why all digressions are so attractive to intellectual dead enders, (an analog for "French"), as they flail about in the polluted backwash of ongoing conspiracy theories, but evoking these endless conspiratorial musings hardly serves honest discussion - although, admittedly, the shared difficulty in coming to grips with reality is certainly a cogent parallel of the phenomenon of irrational denial.

The TIMESONLINE is reporting an interview with one of islam’s holy warrior mass murderers for allah. What’s most disturbing about this piece is that we see once again the engendered hatreds that islam indoctrinates it’s adherents with.

I'd suggest reading what I can only describe as the true face of evil. It's a bracing look at the prescribed hatreds and cult-like allegiance that is a mandate of a “religion” that fosters such insensate revulsion for non-moslems.

What of their legal case, I asked. “I am at the mercy of almighty Allah,” Samudra replied. “I don’t care.” Did he deny the charges? “People called me the mastermind of the Bali bombing,” he said. “Maybe right, maybe wrong.

My only mission was to help the Muslims.” And then he said something extraordinary. He claimed the bombers had never meant to kill so many people.

What happened at Paddy’s Bar and the Sari Club was “unacceptable”, he said. Had he made the bomb? “No, no, no!” he said, shaking his head. “I didn’t help to make it, and who made the bomb and when I don’t know.”

The second explosion was much bigger than they had expected, he said. The only explanation, he suggested, was that “the CIA or KGB or Mossad” - those familiar bogeymen of the conspiracy theorist – had somehow tampered with the bomb. “It is very possible,” he claimed. “I learnt about explosives in Afghanistan,” he continued. “As you know, I may be an expert.” The truth may never be known.

Investigators think the actual bomb-maker was a militant named Dulmatin. Police in the Philippines are conducting DNA tests on the body of a man killed in a gun battle with special forces on January 31, which informants say is Dulmatin’s. Samudra’s fastidiousness about mass murder, which some scholars attribute to an element of Islamic theology, did not extend to any remorse. Two months before the bombing, he said, he had studied tourist literature to narrow down the list of targets. Once on the scene, he said, “I observed Zionists. I knew they were using it [the bar] and then also I know I could spread this, with Australia, with Aussies.” No Israelis were killed in the attack.

His targets, he said, were “antiMuslims, especially people from the USA, Australia, members of Nato, elements of what people call the alliance because they know it’s a crusader army”. What would he say to the families of his victims? “To Muslim people I would say pardon - but Muslims only. While the unbelievers - they must be entering into hell. Allah says to all unbelievers that this road will bring you to hell,” he said.

There's probably nothing more telling about this insanity than the comments about "the CIA or KGB or Mossad", and:

There's just no way to be optimistic about the prospects for accommodation with a death cult.

It's not that I think that no moslems are capable of embracing liberal values of freedom, rights, equality, and pluralism. Obviously, some can. It's just that their religion allows for and encourages off-the-charts hatred and violence toward non-moslems. And in this case, I'm not even talking about what they do to infidels, exclusively. Currently, and even taking a historical perspective, moslems have suffered the most under the hateful precepts of their own ideology.

In case anyone has missed the events taking place in the Middle East, there’s been some Mohammedan smack-down taking place (Israel doing the smacking – hamasistan the recipient of the smacking).

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip - Israeli aircraft sent missiles slamming into the office of the prime minister of Hamas-ruled Gaza before dawn on Sunday, pressing forward with an offensive that has killed nearly 70 Palestinians in two days of fighting. A 21-month-old girl was among the dead in new violence.

Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh's office was empty at the time of Sunday's airstrike, but the raid was seen as a tough message to the Hamas leadership, which Israel holds responsible for repeated rocket barrages launched from Gaza.A total of 54 Palestinians, roughly half of them civilians, were killed in fighting Saturday, the highest single-day death toll in more than seven years of violence. Two Israeli soldiers also were killed.

The linked article is from yahoo news which is usually a bit more neutral in it’s coverage. That’s why I was surprised to see no mention of what caused Israel to respond in the manner it has:

Israel regularly clashes with Gaza rocket squads, but intensified its operations after militants fired salvos last week into Ashkelon, a city of 120,000. By targeting Ashkelon, some 11 miles north of Gaza, Hamas added pressure on Israeli leaders to exact a high price for the increasing sense of insecurity felt in southern Israel.

Let’s be specific here. The term “salvos” can be misleading. Absent from the yahoo news article was the mention of some 50 rockets fired at Israel on Saturday, alone. That little tidbit did get reported in a CNN article.

As reported by al-Reuters, "U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon condemned Israel for using "excessive" force in the Gaza Strip and demanded a halt to its offensive after troops killed 61 people on the bloodiest day for Palestinians since the 1980s".


As I posted in the comments section of another blog, Oddly,
Ban Ki-moon (moon-bat –ed.), made no mention of “excessive rockets” fired at Israel. Mr. moon-bat made no mention of the inherent right of a sovereign state to protect itself from Islamic terrorists at it’s border.

Mohammedans have a history of starting these acts/wars of aggression wherein they get their noses rubbed in the ground and then run like children for the exits shouting “do-over” when the opposing force takes action against them.

The TIMESONLINE is reporting that Iran's paid stooges in Lebanon,("Hizzbollocks"), is frothing at the mouth over the USS Cole cruising in the eastern Mediterranean. For those not familiar with the history of the Cole, that ship was the target of islamicidal suicide terrorists who approached the ship with a small boat while ported in Yemen back in the year 2000. That attack left 17 US sailors dead.

Islamics are launching into saliva-slinging tirades at this demonstration of infidel arrogance. The kuffar is projecting infidel presence into moslem lands waters™, an unconscionable denigration of their tender sensibilities. The utterly adolescent insecurity of peaceful religionists over any perceived affront to their politico-religious ideology is truly pathetic.

Lebanon’s militant Shia Hezbollah today accused the United States of escalating tensions in the Middle East by dispatching warships to patrol the Lebanese coastline.

“We are facing an American threat against Lebanon,” said Hassan Fadlallah, a Hezbollah MP. “It is clear this threat and intimidation will not affect us.”

His comments came a day after US officials confirmed that the USS Cole, a guided missile destroyer, has been deployed to the eastern Mediterranean as a show of support for the troubled Western-backed Lebanese Government.

The USS Cole is accompanied by two refuelling ships. But it could soon be joined by the US Navy’s Nassau battle group, consisting of six ships including amphibious troop carriers, which is scheduled to sail to the eastern Mediterranean soon.

"Because it was dark, the suicide bomber was able to mingle among the people easily," said Shahbuddin, an assistant inspector of police who was at the funeral.

The explosion occurred just as the pallbearers lifted the coffin to carry it toward the grave, (allahu akbar –ed.) said Shahbuddin, who only uses one name. One of the
pallbearers wasIqbal's 16-year-old son Ghazan, who was killed.

"As the coffin was lifted I moved toward the gate but suddenly a big explosion took place, (allahu akbar –ed.) which dashed me against the gate ... It was hell.
Everybody was crying for help," said Shahbuddin, who was slightly injured.

At least 71 Palestinians have been killed in four days of intense Israeli air strikes and raids in the tiny Hamas-controlled territory, home to 1.5 million people, bordering Israel, Egypt and the Mediterranean.

Israel said it was responding to cross-border rockets which killed an Israeli man in the border town of Sderot on Wednesday and wounded others in the major southern city of Ashkelon.

Palestinian officials said the one-day death toll in Gaza on Saturday was the highest since 2002.

Of the 36 Palestinians killed, at least 19 were civilians and the rest were militants, according to hospital staff and the Islamist Hamas movement, which seized Gaza last June after routing the more secular Fatah forces of Palestinian President Mahmoud
Abbas.

So what’s all the fuss about? As an Israeli government spokesman points out the obvious:

With the copious amount of chaos, destruction, and killing perpetrated by the ultraviolent Salafi Muslims in Iraq these days, I'm almost tempted to look upon the Shi'a as the not-quite-so-immoderate moslems. But then I think of Muqtada "Chubby Jihad" al-Sadr, Iran, Pakistan, and the fact that Sunnis and Shi'a share the same Qur'an.

We see this dynamic of internecine hatreds over and over, but it bears repeating for anyone who may not accept a simple reality: The Sunni and Shi'a loathe each other, even though both groups are moslem. One has to be pessimistic as to how or when, if at all, they will learn to coexist and run a free nation together. The idea of democracy is not only foreign and unreal to these people, it's also anathema.

A Gaza terror group, The Salah al-Din Brigades, fired 6 missiles into Israel in response to the Mohammad Cartoons being published in Denmark.

YNET reported:Six Qassams were fired from the northern Gaza Strip towards the western Negev since Sunday morning. All the rockets landed in open areas, without causing injuries or damage.

The Salah al-Din Brigades, the Popular Resistance Committees' military wing, claimed responsibility for firing the rockets. The organization's spokesman, Muhammad Abed al-Aal, told Ynet that the firing operation, dubbed "the lines of fire", was a response to the "crimes of the Israeli occupation against the Palestinians," but also "in response to the cartoons published in Denmark degrading the memory of Prophet Muhammad."

I suppose explaining to Islamic terrorists in the pseudo-state of Gaza’istan that Israel had nothing to do with the publishing of the mohammed cartoons would be an exercise in futility.

Hassan Nasrallah Parrots Iranian Threats Toward Israel

Hizbullah head Hassan Nasrallah on Friday said Israel's "disappearance" is an inevitable fact.
"If Israel's attacks Lebanon again, we will wage war without any preconditions," Nasrallah said during a speech in Beirut in honor of Hizbullah arch-terrorist Imad Mughniyeh, who was assassinated last week in Damascus.

"The disappearance of Israel is an inevitable fact. It is an historical process in the region which will come to an end in several years," he said.

According to Nasrallah, Hizbullah will not stand quiet following Mughniyeh's assassination.
"There is no possibility that we will not respond to the murder of our loved and dear ones. We will not allow the enemy to continue and murder our commanders and dear ones."

Nasrallah also said that Hizbullah has beat Israel many times in the past, the most recent time being the Second Lebanon war.

"We are ready for a new victory," he reiterated.

"After their loss in the war of Tamuz [Second Lebanon War], Israel is getting ready for a new war. I don't mean to scare, but warn."

They’re so cute when they get themselves all worked up in a lather and forget that it's 2008, not 1208.

Just this once, I wish islamists would consider this scenario for a moment. Let’s suppose that tomorrow morning; we discovered that Israel didn’t exist, that Israel was magically gone. How would this event change the Islamic world? Would the conditions which foster ignorance, poverty and corrupt rulers suddenly resolve themselves? No. Would the religious perspectives which foster grinding oppression of women suddenly cease? No. Would the disappearance of Israel suddenly cause corrupt religious leaders to close their schools of hate and intolerance?, would the population of Islamic nations suddenly embrace plurality and tolerance of those who believe differently (or not at all)? Again, The answer is no.

I’m always amazed at how Arab,moslem nations have allowed themselves to be seen as victims of Israel. Here is a tiny nation surrounded politically, physically and ideologically by larger nations and those larger nations are the victims? Left unsaid here is that ridding the M.E. of Israel would only cause fanatical religious types to seek alternate avenues to direct their hate. The propensity for many religious leaders who seek to shelter their adherents in poverty and ignorance would require a redirection of the anger of those subjected to its policies else that anger be directed inward.

A US businesswoman living in Saudi Arabia fears for her life after the religious police issued a rare statement defending her arrest this month for having coffee with a male colleague at a Starbucks coffee shop in Riyadh.

Yara, a 37-year-old married mother of three, said that she was strip-searched, forced to sign false confessions and told by a judge that she would “burn in hell”, before she was released on February 4.

The Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice denounced her publicly with a statement posted on the internet on Monday night saying that her actions violated the Sharia of the country.

“It’s not allowed for any woman to travel alone and sit with a strange man and talk and laugh and drink coffee together like they are married,” it said.

“All of these are against the law and it’s clear it’s against the law. First, for a woman to work with men is against the law and against religion. Second, the family sections at coffee shops and restaurants are meant for families and close relatives,” it continued.

The commission contested the version of events from Yara, saying that she was never strip-searched or forced to sign confessions. It accused her of wearing make-up, not covering her hair and moving around suspiciously while sitting with her Syrian colleague, who was also arrested but later released.

"[Israel] won support [from the other nations] which created it as a scarecrow, so as to keep the people of this area under control," Ahmadinejad said.

Referring to the assassination of Hizbullah terror chief Imad Mughniyeh, the Iranian leader said that Israel "uses terror as a threat every day, and afterwards is happy and joyful."

Maybe it's just me, but I don't recall Israel being the entity that initiated several wars of aggression against it's neighbors. But hey, let's not allow reason or common sense to color our worldviews.

Yes ladies and gentlemen, it's another example of that storied Religion of Peace tolerance and acceptance that we've come to see with such regularity.

Eight people have been arrested in Jordan for propagating the Christian faith, according to a Saudi newspaper.

Jordanian security forces arrested eight people, mostly foreigners, after they were caught distributing missionary material to Bedouin families north and east of the Jordanian capital, Amman, the Saudi daily Al-Watan reported.

The authorities received information about the missionaries from local residents who said these foreigners were offering humanitarian assistance to poor Muslim families and distributing fliers promoting Christianity.

Sources said they were "enticing" impoverished youngsters by paying them money and calling on them to marry foreign girls. Islam is the state religion in Jordan, though christianity is a recognized religion in the country. Evangelism is a practice frowned upon in the Muslim world, and often associated with Western imperialism.

The Jordanian government prohibits conversion from Islam and the proselytizing of Muslims. The Shari'a courts have the authority to prosecute people trying to convert Muslims, according to the United States State Department's annual report on religious freedom.

Muslims in Jordan who convert to another religion face social and
governmental discrimination, the report said.

Morals and ethics are claimed by moslems to be the result of the inerrancy of islam (an utterly untrue assertion with reams of evidence against it), which is then touted as this wondrous panacea that solves all the world's ills and makes all those who believe, people deserving of eternal paradise.

My expectation is that if islam is so beneficial that it must be forced on all (as is the belief of many moslems), then it follows adherents to it should be better people. If belief in that politico-religious ideology makes you less tolerant, more violent, then of what good is it?

140 Afghans killed in 2 days of bombings

The human plague of murder and destruction that is so closely associated with islam and which ruthlessly cuts down civilians with the holy imprimatur of religious belief is something peaceful inner strugglers™ dismiss with a simple “so what”. KANDAHAR, Afghanistan - A suicide car bomber killed 38 Afghans at a crowded market Monday, pushing the death toll from two days of militant bombings to about 140.

The marketplace blast, which targeted a Canadian army convoy, came a day after the country's deadliest insurgent attack since a U.S. invasion defeated the Taliban regime in late 2001. The toll from that bombing in a crowd watching a dog fight rose to more than 100.

The back-to-back blasts in the southern province of Kandahar could be a sign insurgents are now willing to risk high civilian casualties while attacking security forces. Though their attacks occasionally have killed dozens, militants in Afghanistan have generally sought to avoid targeting civilians, unlike insurgents in Iraq's war.

"The attacks show that the enemies of Afghanistan are changing their tactics. Now they are not thinking about civilians at all," said Nasrullah Stanikzai, a professor of political science at Kabul University.

"They wanted to cause such big casualties in these attacks to weaken the morale of the government and the international community, to show the world the Afghan government is too weak to prevent them," he said.

The Taliban denied it carried out Sunday's attack, but immediately claimed responsibility for the market bombing, which took place in the town of Spin Boldak about 100 yards from the border with Pakistan.

"Accept that the life of Zionists will sooner or later come to an end," the Iranian president said in a televised speech. He added, "What we have right now is the last chapter [of Israeli atrocities] which the Palestinians and regional nations will confront and eventually turn in Palestine's favor."

Iran does not acknowledge Israel and Ahmadinejad has in the past sparked international outcry by referring to the systematic murder of six million Jews in World War II as a "myth" and calling for Israel to be "wiped off the map."

Ahmadinejad also urged the Western powers to help build nuclear power plants in his country saying it will be too late if they do not decide to do so immediately.

"If you will not come, this nation will build nuclear plants based on its own resources and when you come some four years later it will reject your request and not then give you any opportunity," he said.

"I am addressing leaders of two or three powers; do you remember I sent you message and told you to stop be stubborn? If you think that you can block the movement of Iranian nation, you are wrong," the Iranian president continued.

I suspect the above is less flawed translation of syntax and verbiage than it is the rambling screed of one on the lunatic fringe. it’s impossible for someone such as Ahmadinejad to fathom that the islamist world will still embrace the religious and ethnic hatreds, tribal rivalries and economic malaise that it is continually embroiled in, absent the hated Joooos.

There are always those such as Armageddonjihad who will claim that their religion has an entitlement such that those who do not believe in it deserve death. I just don’t understand the workings of a mind that claims to worship a god of justice and then condemns anyone who disagrees with them to torture and death. On the other hand, this fits nicely with islamist dogma: life tends to be cheap in the islamist philosophy, mainly because the adherent’s belief that life continues after death (with various carnal rewards), or is replaceable by the gods. It is ultimately, even if only on a subconscious level, alright to kill someone because you are advancing the protocols of the belief system”.

It's just one of the latest examples of what a bellicose little tyrant, mired in a culture of death, can accomplish when he’s not distracted by matters like building a decent society or teaching their kids to love and respect life.

Life for Muslim fanatic in soldier kidnap plot who showed son, 5, how to behead British 'infidels'

A secret bugging device at the home of an Islamic fanatic convicted of a plot to kidnap and behead a British Muslim soldier recorded his attempts to teach his five-year-old son how to perform a beheading, it has been revealed.

Parviz Khan was jailed for life today for his involvement in the plot.

faces disfigured; others beheaded. All bear signs of torture.

The women are killed, police say, because they failed to wear a headscarf or because they ignored other "rules" that secretive fundamentalist groups want to
enforce.

"Fear, fear is always there," says 30-year-old Safana, an artist and university professor. "We don't know who to be afraid of. Maybe it's a friend or a student you teach. There is no break, no security. I don't know who to be afraid of."

Her fear is justified. Iraq's second-largest city, Basra, is a stronghold of conservative Shia groups. As many as 133 women were killed in Basra last year -- 79 for violation of "Islamic teachings" and 47 for so-called honor killings, according to IRIN, the news branch of the U.N.'s Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs. One glance through the police file is enough to understand the consequences. Basra's police chief, Gen. Abdul Jalil Khalaf, flips through the file, pointing to one unsolved case after another.

Well… at least we can be sure that someone's "honor" was preserved in the midst of this carnage.

You know, I’ll just never understand a politico-religious ideology that so vigorously controls the women that make up approximately one half of it’s population. Well, I suppose you could understand it if you're a man in Islamic society.

The major news services are reporting on a spectacular mass murder in Pakistan.

KANDAHAR, Afghanistan - A suicide bomber penetrated a crowd watching a dog-fighting competition in the Taliban's former stronghold Sunday, killing up to 80 people in one of the bloodiest bombings since the regime's 2001

The attack follows a year of record violence and predictions that the Afghan conflict could turn even deadlier this year.Several hundred people, including Afghan militia leaders, had gathered in a barren dirt field to watch the event on the western edge of the southern city of Kandahar.

Some thoughts on a particularly creepy (but routine), example of reporting that is designed to spare our fragile, multicultural sensitivities from the truth. As we know, the Danes have again committed that unpardonable sin of poking fun at the war mongering inventor of the politico-religious ideology of islam.

The latest posting of the cartoon caricatures was done in a show of solidarity with Jyllands-Posten and Kurt Westergaard who has received death threat from peaceful inner struggling Mohammedans.

If we were to read this headline, from usatoday, one would come away curious as to why these “yutes” are taking to the streets in car burning, rampaging protest. I mean, did McDonalds change their special sauce? Were Mohammedans miffed that Christians were being persecuted in the Middle East and protesting as a result?

Apparently not! Please note that the word “Moslem” (or a variant), is not once used in this slanted piece. Because, you know, the poor people who live by a demented code of entitlement and murder couldn’t possibly wage a terrorist hate campaign against a successful democratic people. The immigrant youth™ (with assistance from the self hating leftist scumbags) are trying to stay relevant in a typically juvenile Arab/moslem show of teenage bravado. The Yeah, yeah, me too! act.

So guess who is simply reveling in a veritable Harrah’s casino Sunday brunch buffet of slanted islamo-apologizing moral relativism? You guessed it: our pals in mainstream media. As we see in another, more lucid bit of commentary depicted , the reason excuse given for the Mohammedan hordes spilling into the streets in an orgy of violence and destruction is in protest of a Western democracy exercising one of the hallmark precepts of a free society: Free expression. I know all of you will find this as shocking SHOCKING! as I did but apparently silly caricatures of a historical figure who lead three religious wars of aggression and conquest and participated in 72 other military conflicts is beyond criticism.

The fact that the Danes don’t have a zero tolerance policy for Mohammedans and their socially destructive rampages of juvenile idiocy is, as always, thoroughly vile. They, (the Danes), simply don’t care or are too disabled by the disease of leftism and political correctness to confront the immigrant scourge. How many innocent Danes are allowed to be brutalized or have their property destroyed by the Mohammedans and their jihad/islamo-political misadventure?

One would have hoped that this latest display of islamo-entitlement to mayhem and destruction would have been the “yutes” last gasp, because the Danes have had their share of islamo-street murders and open threats to their society. But as we see, the Danes have not yet reached the end of their tolerance for chronic Arab/Islamic entitlement.
